“In the late summer of 2008, I was an unannounced walk-in to the Twiddy Sales Office in Corolla where I was introduced to Mr. Jason Summerton. Jason immediately dropped everything he was doing to spend time with me answering my questions and educating me about the market. I instantly felt comfortable with Jason and at no time was there pressure from him or any implied obligation in exchange for his time. “I contacted Twiddy once I believed my wife and I could finally afford a second home in the Outer Banks. We had vacationed with Twiddy for 15 years; Always with confidence and always a pleasurable experience. Jason Summerton of Twiddy sales, took the time to show my wife and I properties and to develop a true sense of what we were looking for: even, when it became evident that we weren’t sure ourselves. We immediately felt comfortable. In short order, over the course of a week end, we were no longer looking at houses but at lots. Being from ‘the north” our trust in Jason facilitated the offer, acceptance, and purchase of a lot in Swan Beach, without ever leaving New Jersey.
