“In the late summer of 2008, I was an unannounced walk-in to the Twiddy Sales Office in Corolla where I was introduced to Mr. Jason Summerton. Jason immediately dropped everything he was doing to spend time with me answering my questions and educating me about the market. “I contacted Twiddy once I believed my wife and I could finally afford a second home in the Outer Banks. We had vacationed with Twiddy for 15 years; Always with confidence and always a pleasurable experience. Jason Summerton of Twiddy sales, took the time to show my wife and I properties and to develop a true sense of what we were looking for: even, when it became evident that we weren’t sure ourselves. We immediately felt comfortable. In short order, over the course of a week end, we were no longer looking at houses but at lots. Jason Summerton grew up on the Outer Banks and has been with Twiddy & Company throughout various departments since the late 1990's and strictly in Sales since 2005. After earning a Mathematics degree from Wake Forest University in 2000, he traveled extensively throughout the world visiting nearly 20 countries before returning to the Outer Banks where he and his wife now raise their 3 sons. Jason’s hard work and experience has made him a top producer at Twiddy and Company consistently for several years. While Jason focuses primarily on investment property from Duck to the Virginia line, he is known for his expertise in the 4WD area of Corolla. Since beginning in sales, Jason has sold over $250,000,000 in the 4WD area alone. Jason is the Broker-in-Charge of the 4WD Sales Office located in the heart of the 4WD area just 7 miles up the beach from the paved road in the restored Wash Woods Coast Guard Station.
