“My wife and I had no plans to buy a second home until the second week of June of this year while spending our annual two-week vacation in Buck Island. It was not even remotely on our radar. Every year we would always rent a home in Buck Island and create wonderful family memories. Acquaintances of ours placed their beautiful Buck Island home on the market in April having decided to move to Florida. We had always loved this home and even rented it a few times until they made it their permanent residence in 2017.
