In 2023, Matt sold over $21m in real estate ranking him in the Top 25 of all active Realtors on the entire Outer Banks. Outside of work, Matt is an avid fisherman; when not in the office, you can find him either fishing or surfing off the pristine shores of the Outer Banks.
